BRS leader meets Revanth Reddy likely to join Congress

As the parliamentary elections are approaching, the BRS party is facing a series of big shocks.  Recently BRS MLC, former minister Patnam Mahender Reddy and his wife Vikarabad Zilla Parishad Chairperson Patnam Sunita Mahender Reddy met Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at his residence in Jubilee Hills on Thursday.

Mahender Reddy’s couple, who went to CM Revanth’s residence along with State Health Minister Damodara Rajanarsimha, DCC President Rohan Reddy and others, had a special meeting with the Chief Minister. Adviser to CM Vem Narender Reddy was also present with them. Meanwhile, meeting of CM Revanth Reddy by BRS MLAs and leaders has become a topic of discussion for the past few days. Chief Minister’s office revealed that both of them met the CM. But party sources said that the couple decided to leave BRS and join Congress. It is reported that the Congress is willing to nominate Sunita from Chevella for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

While there is already a campaign going on that many leaders will join the Congress party, the meeting between CM Revanth and Mahender Reddy is becoming a topic of discussion. It is known that 20 BRS MLAs are in touch with their party and all of them are ready to join the Congress party.  The reports are coming that the couple of Patnam Mahender Reddy is going to join the Congress party.
