
BRS AP Chief Thota Chandrasekhar revealed that candidates will be fielded in 175 seats in the upcoming assembly elections and they are looking for strong candidates for that. It is said that BRS will show its strength in Andhra Pradesh as well. The party BRS, which has already decided to contest the next election, is ready to field candidates in all 175 constituencies. AP BRS Chief Thota Chandrasekhar clarified this as he said, “Our party BRS will contest from all 175 seats in the next assembly elections and we will also contest from all the 25 parliamentary constituencies in the state.” He severely criticized YCP and TDP. Thota Chandrasekhar accused YCP and TDP of failing to get special status for AP.
Thota Chandrasekhar said that the BRS party is against the privatization of Visakhapatnam steel plant. Chandrasekhar said that they will provide all opportunities to grow as a political force in Andhra Pradesh. Chandrasekhar expressed confidence that there is only one year’s time and it will be difficult to compete in all the seats, but candidates will be fielded in the meantime.
He added that many key leaders have already joined BRS party. Thota Chandraseshar says that some more people are ready to join BRS. On the other hand, he said that BRS has focused on the issues of division of AP. He said that he is trying to take the party’s principles to the ground level.
