Caption box office collections : Captain is a Tamil action sci-fi movie written and directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan and produced by Arya under the banner ‘The Show People’. Arya starrer science fiction action thriller, Captain, hit the screens on 8th September all over the world. The movie was released amidst decent expectations from the fans of the actor since his last release was quite an eventful one. However, Captain movie was met with a divided response and now according to the latest report, Captain has earned Rs 0.65 cr shares at the box office of both Telugu states- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on its release day.

The theatrical business of Captain’was Rs.1.61 crores. Sudhakar Reddy own released the movie in many areas. But to break even, this movie has to earn a share of Rs.1.8 crores. Arya’ performance and film’s music, composed by D Imman received praise by the movie lovers.
