Even though MP Venkat Reddy has given an explanation on this, this controversy is not going to subside now. A case has been registered against Komatireddy Venkat Reddy in Nallagonda district.
Based on Cheruku Suhas’ complaint, the police registered a case under section 506 (criminal intimidation) at Nallagonda Town Police Station. Cheruku Suhas stated in the complaint that Venkat Reddy threatened to kill him over the phone. Suhas said that he had a life threat with MP Venkat Reddy. Cheruku Suhas also filed a complaint against Venkat Reddy to the SP of Nallagonda district on Monday.
Recently, the audio of Komatireddy warning his son that he will kill Cheruku Sudhakar on his phone has gone viral. On the 5th of this month, Komati Reddy called Dr. Suhan, son of Cheruku Sudhakar, and abused him with vulgar language. Komati Reddy’s comments were widely criticized. Dr. Suhas lodged a complaint against Komati Reddy at Onetown Police Station on the same day night.
