As sweared by the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy just a few days ago regarding the development and construction of roads in the state, now, it has been announced by the Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nithin Gadkari that, road works of worth Rs 3000 crore will be handled by the Centre.

Apart from this, Jagan solicited Nithin Gadkari to take care of the Eastern Bypass Ring road, Vijayawada. So, the minister is concentrating on this project first, and after then, he will think over the Polavaram project, which he aims for it’s fast completion and will lend his hand to complete it successfully as early as possible. Gadkari approved the East Bypass to Vijayawada by considering Jagan’s courteous request, he appreciated the state too. He also gave his nod for the rehabilitation of other 6 greenfield express highways.

One among the six highways is the Rayapur-Vishakhapatnam Greenfield Express Highway. This is expected to be completed within two years. Nithin Gadkari says that the utilization of green hydrogen is better than the utilization of petrol and desiel, in order to secure the environment clean and green.

Already, foundation stone, which costs Rs 21,000 crore has been laid together by the chief minister and Union Road Transport Minister for fifty one projects. And it has been launched above and bayond the flyover II at Benz Circle. However, the Centre has promised to the citizens of Andhra Pradesh that they will finish the construction of required projects in the state, along with road constructions by 2024.
