Arguments on TDP chief Chandrababu‘s anticipatory bail petition in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case ended recently in the High Court. However, the High Court clarified that it is reserving judgment on this petition. High Court reserved judgment on Chandrababu’s anticipatory bail in the IRR case.
The AP High Court has reserved its verdict on the anticipatory bail petition filed by TDP chief Chandrababu Babu regarding the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case. It is known that YCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy complained that there were irregularities in the alignment of Amaravati Master Plan, Inner Ring Road and other roads connecting it. With this complaint, AP CID has registered a case against many people including Chandrababu Naidu. TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu was named as A1 and the investigation was carried out.
It is known that AP CID has registered a case on the complaint of Alla Ramakrishna Reddy that he has committed illegalities by changing the alignment of Amaravati Master Plan, Inner Ring Road and other roads. A case was registered against TDP leader Chandrababu as A1. With this, Chandrababu filed a petition in the High Court in September this year seeking anticipatory bail. After hearing the petition, the High Court reserved its verdict.
