TDP president Chandrababu Naidu has called for a continuous fight against irregularities in the voter list. Chandrababu accused YCP of illegally deleting votes out of fear of defeat. TDP President conducted a review on party voter verification program with leaders. He advised the party leaders to be constantly alert and fight against irregularities in the voter list. Chandrababu Naidu advised the leaders to take seriously the issue of registration of fraudulent votes and removal of pro-TDP votes in the state.
Chandrababu Naidu has accused YCP of committing many irregularities in the elections due to the fear of defeat. He discussed with the state president Achchennaidu and the members of the election committee on the voter verification that is being done under the auspices of the Telugu Desam Party.
The leaders explained to the party chief that they have given the list of ineligible votes in the constituency wise voter list to the Chief Electoral Officer of the state. Chandrababu pointed out that YCP is committing illegalities of stolen votes and efforts to spread the mud back to TDP by committing illegalities should be strictly suppressed.
Chandrababu believes that voter verification should be given the highest priority in the programs undertaken by the party. He said that no official will be spared who willfully commits mistakes in the matter of votes to ineligibles. Chandrababu instructed the party leaders to identify the officials who are cooperating with the illegalities.
