The judicial remand of Chandrababu Naidu, who was arrested in the skill development case, will end today. On September 10th, the Vijayawada ACB Court Judge issued orders remanding Chandrababu for 14 days. As the remand period has expired, he will be produced today before the Vijayawada ACB special court judge through video conference for further orders.

The verdict on the petition filed by the CID seeking Chandrababu’s custody in the same case will be pronounced today. There is excitement in the background of the expiry of Chandrababu’s remand period and the verdicts on the SIT custody petitions.

A team of 8 medical officers and staff was formed for former CM Chandrababu. The superintendent in charge of the hospital, Dr. A. Lakshmisuryaprabha, issued orders on Thursday that the group should be present at the casualty at Rajamahendravaram GGH by 8.30 am on Friday. It is advised to keep emergency medicines and two units of positive blood ready and follow Chandrababu. Convoy team, two ambulance drivers, along with ambulances have been mentioned to report to Rajamahendravaram Central Zone DSP at Central Jail.

The Vijayawada ACB Court has adjourned the verdict on the petition filed by the CID to hand over former CM Chandrababu Babu, who is currently in the Rajamahendravaram Central Jail, arrested in a skill development case. While this verdict was to be given on Thursday morning, Judge Himbindu informed the CID and Chandrababu’s lawyers that it will be given in the evening. After coming on the bench in the evening, the lawyers of both sides were questioned about the quash petition pending in the High Court.
