AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy laid the foundation stone for the construction of houses in the plots allotted to the poor people in R5 zone of Amaravati area. On the other hand, the farmers of Amaravati have taken up protest program at Tulluru, Krishnayapalem, and Venkatapalem camps. The farmers criticized Jagan that even though the High Court’s verdict on R5 zone is in reserve, the construction of houses in that area is going ahead.
The farmers of Amaravati region are expressing anger that Jagan Mohan Reddy is cheating the poor people in the name of building houses in R5 Zone. Protests are carried out with the black flags and black balloons at the camp of Krishnayapalen and Tullur. The farmers expressed their anger that Jagan Reddy is going ahead with the construction of house even though the judgment of the High Court is reserved on the issue of R5 Zone. On the otherside, the police have been deployed to prevent the farmers.
The farmers said that Jagan Reddy has no respect for the courts. They protested with black balloons. Farmers objected that Amaravati farmers are being harassed. They said that they are allocating the houses to the poor people in Amaravati for the sake of votes.
