TPCC protested against police raids in the war room where Congress party meeting were held. TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy has called on the party leaders and workers to hold a protest in all mandal centers condemning the attack on Congress war room across the state. As a result, the police are blocking the agitation of the Congress party today. According to the latest report, the Senior Congress leaders in Hyderabad were placed under house arrest after MP Revanth Reddy called for a protest outside the City Commissioner’s office against the arrest of five workers during the raid at the office of the party’s chief poll strategist on Tuesday night.
The raid was conducted after police allegedly received 5 FIR complaints against the Congress social media for posting derogatory comments against Telangana CM KCR.
Revanth Reddy called upon the Congress leaders and activists to protest at the Hyderabad Police Commissionerate in protest of the police attack on the Telangana Congress war room, protest in all mandal centers and burn effigies of CM.
The main leaders of the Congress party, former minister Shabbir Ali, Mallu Ravi, Rohin Reddy, Harivardhan Reddy, Mal Reddy Ram Reddy and others were placed under house arrest.
