Yerragondapalem stone pelting shakes Andhra Pradesh politics. Criticisms are coming for former chief minister, Chandrababu Naidu who has Z category security, pelting stones from close range and allowing YCP workers to come near Chandrababu’s convoy. The TDP leaders are alleging that the reason for this is the failure of the police. It is said that the police left the YCP workers unattended on the orders of Minister Adimulapu Suresh.

A criminal case has been registered against TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu holding a meeting in Yarragondapalem of Prakasam district. The police have registered a case for holding a public meeting in an unauthorized place. According to the schedule, Chandrababu Naidu was scheduled to hold a meeting at Rallavagu. However, as the weather was not suitable, he addressed the people at NTR circle. It is for this reason that the police registered a case against Chandrababu.

Meanwhile, it is known that the TDP leaders have complained to the district ASP about the incidents that happened during Chandrababu Yarragondapalem’s visit. The matter of Chandrababu’s security guard being injured in the stone attack was brought to the notice of the senior police officer.  TDP leaders complained to the police about the injuries to the NSG staff and TDP workers in the attack by the YCP workers. TDP expects the governor to file a complaint on the stone pelting incident.
