BJP state president Daggubati Purandeshwari said that the central government is looking for development in Andhra Pradesh, but there is no proper cooperation from the state government. He said that some people are spreading bad propaganda that the Center is not doing anything for AP and that the Center has allotted most of the houses to the state. He made it clear that the BJP-led central government is fully committed to Amaravati as the capital of Andhra Pradesh.
Purandeshwari said that they will continue to fight for people’s problems. She said that the top leadership will take a decision on the alliances and they have the responsibility to take the party forward. She clarified that the BJP has complained to the Election Commission about the stolen votes.
“Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy repeatedly talks about owning them as my SCs, my STs and my BCs. And what justice was done to them? What did CM Jagan Mohan Reddy do when there were attacks on SC, ST and BC? “If an SC woman was raped within walking distance of the CM’s palace in Tadepalli, there is a situation in the state today where justice cannot be given to her,” she said.
