A criminal defamation petition has been filed against Jana sena Pawan Kalyan. A woman volunteer filed a defamation petition in the Vijayawada Civil Court saying that Pawan Kalyan’ comments had hurt her.
We have already reported that Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan recently made sensational comments on the volunteer system. Some volunteers are accused of being involved in women trafficking. A woman volunteer filed a criminal defamation petition against Pawan Kalyan in Vijayawada Civil Court. The judge accepted the petition of the female volunteer. She told the court that she suffered mental agony after Pawan Kalyan made inappropriate comments about the volunteers in Eluru Sabha. Lawyers filed a petition under section 499, 500, 504, 505 on behalf of the woman volunteer. The female volunteer asked the court to investigate Pawan Kalyan’s comments and take legal action.
Later, the female volunteer said that Pawan Kalyan’ words hurt her and Jana Sena chief made false allegations. Allegations of women trafficking are untrue. She said her husband died and she was living with the children. She was hurt by the trafficking allegations. Pawan blamed the volunteers who are serving selflessly. They wanted him to be punished legally. Lawyers on behalf of the female volunteer said on this petition that the woman, who was aggrieved by Pawan’s comments, approached the court. After recording her statement, the court will issue notices to Pawan Kalyan. Jana Sena Chief Pawan has to appear in court in this matter.
