The Delhi High Court has ordered the police to file an FIR against the BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain in a 2018 rape case and has given three months time to complete investigation.
After looking at the facts, the Delhi High Court said that it was proved that the police were unable to file an FIR in the case. The court further said the lower court had denied the police argument and observed that the woman’s complaint made a case for a fathomable misdemeanour.
