The movie Devil is against the backdrop of the village Rasapadu, during British period. The village Zamindar’s daughter Vijaya (Ammu Abhirami) gets killed under mysterious circumstances and British government assigns Agent Devil (Nandamuri Kalyan Ram) to find out the culprit.
