On the occasion of the centenary of Telugu Desam Party founder and actor NTR- Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, RBI will release a 100 rupees coin in his memory on 28th of this month. President Draupadi Murmu will release this special coin at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Along with TDP president Nara Chandrababu, family members of AP BJP president Daggubati Purandeshwari Nandamuri have already received invitations to attend the event. The central government minted NTR coin to celebrate NTR’s centenary celebrations.
The family members will go to Delhi in the wake of the coin release program with NTR’s face on it. On 28th August, NTR will release the one hundred rupee coin at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi at the hands of the President of India, Draupadi Murmu. It seems that all the members of NTR’s family will attend this event.
NTR’s sons and daughters along with their family members will attend the event. Jr NTR and Kalyan Ram are also said to be present. Central government minted NTR coin to celebrate NTR centenary celebrations. The 100 rupee coin, measuring 44 mm in circumference, is made of 50 percent silver, 40 percent copper, 5 percent nickel, and 5 percent zinc. Also, this coin has three lions and Ashoka Chakra on one side and NTR’s picture on the other side, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Satjayanti is printed in Hindi under that picture. Since his centenary ends this year, it will be printed as 1923-2023.
