Prajashanti Party president KA Paul keeps announcing that he will contest in all the seats in Telangana as well as in Andhra Pradesh. We will come to power. KA Paul had big dreams of leaving a mark in the elections. Sadly, he faced a big shock. The top election body in the country, the Election Commission Of India poured water on  this politician’ dreams and put a full stop to his big dream and political future.

 The Election Commission of India gave an unexpected shock to Christian evangelist and politician KA Paul as the  constitutional body announced the cancellation of registration issued to his  Praja Shanti Party, which he enrolled in the year 2008.

 Election Commission of India has taken a crucial decision. The registration of 253 political parties found to be inactive in the country has been cancelled. These include Akhilandhra Mahadesam, Alindia Mukti Dal Party, Alindia Muttahida Khwami Mahaj, Nationalistic Telangana Rashtra Samithi,  Andhra Pradesh Navodaya Praja Party, Akhand Bharat National Party,  Bharat Abhyudaya Party, Mana Party, Praja Bharat Party, Praja Party and Suraj Party. Apart from that, there is Praja Shanti Party which is chaired by KA Paul.  253 inactive political parties were found in the states of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Bihar, Karnataka, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh.

 The Election Commission has also  decided to remove 111 political parties from their register which were found to be inactive in the past.
