Telangana politics is getting interesting as elections are approaching. Until recently, BJP has been saying that they are the alternative to BRS. Looking at the situation in the party for some time now, key leaders are coming out one by one. Thinking that BJP is the right platform to face BRS, many leaders covered themselves with saffron scarf. But due to the propaganda that BJP-BRS is one and also due to internal differences in the party, the leaders are looking towards other parties. Recently, a senior leader from the joint Rangareddy district gave a shock to the BJP. Former minister A Chandrasekhar has sent a resignation letter to state president Kishan Reddy resigning from his BJP Party.
Chandrasekhar stated in the letter that the BJP government at the center cannot stop the injustices of the Telangana government. He reminded that he worked in Telangana movement for 12 years. He said that he has given up his ministerial post as well as his MLA post for Telangana.
He mentioned in the letter that many leaders of the movement like him have joined the BJP and are now facing trouble. He said that not encouraging the leaders who work for the party is not harmonious.
Chandrasekhar has been expressing his dissatisfaction with his own party for some time now. It seems that he has already held discussions with Congress leaders.
