KCR was admitted to Hyderabad’s Yashoda hospital after he suffered a fall. KCR is being treated at Somajiguda Yashoda Hospital. In preliminary tests, it was found that KCR had fractured hip bone. It is expected that KCR may have to undergo surgery. A decision on surgical treatment will be taken after conducting a complete medical examination.

KCR is staying at the farm house in Erravelli from the afternoon of 3rd of this month. He left Pragathi Bhavan immediately after the Telangana Assembly election results were announced. Since then he has been living in the farm house. He met the MLAs elected on behalf of BRS in the farmhouse itself. KCR also met the people of his hometown Chintamadaka on Thursday. It seems that KCR’s foot slipped and fell after nightfall. He was immediately taken to the hospital.

As KCR fell ill, family members and BRS leaders rushed to Yashoda Hospital. Son KTR, Harish Rao along with other leaders reached Yashoda Hospital. After KCR was admitted to the hospital, security was tightened at Yashoda Hospital. KCR will undergo hip replacement surgery on Friday evening. Along with KCR, daughter Kavitha, son KTR and many important leaders are in Yashoda Hospital.

Later, PM  Narendra Modi also took to X and wished KCR a speedy recovery as he wrote: Distressed to know that former Telangana CM Shri KCR Garu has suffered an injury. I pray for his speedy recovery and good health.
