The hearing of TDP president Chandrababu Naidu’s anticipatory bail petition has been postponed to November 30. The petition filed in the High Court for anticipatory bail against the inclusion of Chandrababu as an accused in the Fibernet case has been approached by the Supreme Court. The hearing of this petition was postponed. The High Court rejected the bail petition and approached the Supreme Court. As Chandrababu is currently on bail, the AP government has requested that the trial be postponed.

On the other hand, the judgment is to come out on the quash petition filed by Chandrababu in the skill scam case. Both sides asked the Supreme Court during the hearing on Thursday to wait for the verdict on the anticipatory bail petition as the two cases are related.
