Andhra Pradesh Global Investors Summit organized by Andhra Pradesh Government has started in Vizag. The first national anthem ‘Ma Telugu Talliki’ was sung at the summit. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy arrived at the Andhra University Engineering grounds, which is venue and met industrialist Mukesh Ambani, who is in the city for the Global Investors summit . Jagan Mohan Reddy lit the lamp and started the conference. Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani, GMR Chairman Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao, Infotech Chairman BVR Mohan Reddy and other dignitaries attended the event.
The guests from across the globe were received in style on Friday morning from the airports, railway stations to create an impression while folk artists from the various parts of the state performed at the venue.
CS Jawahar Reddy delivered the inaugural speech. Later, AP Industries Minister Gudivada Amar Nath delivered a speech. He said that there are ample opportunities for setting up industries in AP. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, the state is moving towards development. He said that Jagan Mohan Reddy’ rule is going on giving priority to welfare and development. He said that the promises made to the people during the election have been fulfilled.
