It is known that on 10th September, Sai Dharam Tej met an accident and he was admitted in the hospital for the treatment. Now according to the latest report, Sai Dharam Tej has been discharged from the hospital and this news is confirmed by Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi. He said that his nephew and actor Sai Dharam Tej, who has been hospitalized for more than a month now is to get discharged on Friday, on the auspicious day of Vijayadasami.
Sai Dharam Tej had met with a serious bike accident and fractured his collar bone. Later, he was shifted to a private hospital where he underwent surgery for his collarbone fracture. Supreme hero celebrates his birthday on Friday, and co-incidentally is getting discharged from the hospital after a long stay there.
