Avoid green tea at night: Drinking green tea at night can affect sleep. The caffeine in it increases stress and does not give the body the rest it needs. That means drinking green tea at night is unlikely to affect sleep. 

Do not reuse green tea bags: Some are seen reusing green tea bags. But never do that. Reusing green tea bags destroys the flavor of the tea. So it is better for health to always use fresh tea bags.
