Both the movies are giving tough competition to each other. According to the traders report, Hanu Man is bigger than Mahesh Babu film Guntur Kaaram which is helmed by Trivikram Srinivas. On day 2, Hanu Man has collected $753K whereas Guntur Kaaram minted $269K from USA.

Trivikram Srinivas is the director and writer of this film which is bankrolled by S Radha Krishna under the Haarika and Hassine Creations banner. Thaman S is scoring the film’s entire background score and tunes. Naveen Nooli and PS Vinod are handling the editing and cinematography of Guntur Kaaram.
Prasanth Varma’ magnum opus Hanu Man is touted to be the first of its kind Indian superhero film in which the protagonist Hanumanthu will receive superpowers through Lord Hanuman’s blessings. He then wages a war to put an end to the atrocities that happen in his village called Anjanadri.
Varalakshmi Sarathkumar is playing a key role in this film, which is being made by director Prashanth Varma. Kollywood actor Vinay Roy will be seen as the villain. Amrita Aiyer is playing the female lead in this movie which is a superhero film.
