Minister Harish Rao criticized that if BRS govt is doing nutrition politics, the opposition is doing partition politics. The minister gave appointment orders to more than 1500 newly recruited aspirants under the GHMC on Shilpkala platform.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that the past governments had a history of trampling the Asha workers with horses who wanted to increase their wages. Telangana is giving the highest salary to Asha workers in the country. He flagged that the opposition is acting like a dumb tongue. Prime Minister Modi said that even in his own state, the wages of Asha workers are minimal.
He said that the government will also pay the phone bills of Asha from this month. It is suggested that the staff should work with the welfare of the poor in mind. He said that medical staff are seen as gods and people have increased faith in government hospitals.
He said that once upon a time, whenever he got any disease, he used to go to Gandhi and Osmania hospitals, but now Telangana does not have that situation. CM KCR said that 350 basti dispensaries have been set up in Hyderabad, due to which the percentage of OPs in Osmania and Gandhi hospitals has decreased.
Three MCH super specialty hospitals are being set up in the greater area. With the KCR kit, maternal and child deaths have been reduced. He said that 134 medical tests are being done free of charge at T-Diagnostics without spending a penny.
