Harish Shankar made a grand comeback with his latest success Gaddalakonda Ganesh after the unsuccessful DJ. Though the film is a hit, the director is unhappy over how he got so much gap in his career. The director wants to deliver to movies at a rapid pace and things are not in his control all the time. After getting a huge gap with DJ, the director is now thinking that he shouldn’t take so much time after Gaddalakonda Ganesh.
Now it is close to four months that the movie got released but the director hadn’t announced his next film yet. Harish Shankar wanted to direct a star hero after Gaddalakonda Ganesh. But all the star heroes are currently very busy and to work with any of them means he should wait for atleast one year.
Hairsh Shankar doesn’t have that much time. So he is setting for mid range hero. Even after considering Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, he backed off because Chay is busy for the next 6 months with back to back films.
So he has now approached Akkineni Akhil who is looking for a solid hit. Akhil hasn’t agreed to any other film except the current Bommarillu Bhaskar’s one. So Harish Shankar is keen to work with Akhil now. Let us see what happens.
