The High Court will hear the quash petition filed by TDP President Chandrababu Naidu today. A hearing will be held today in the High Court on the quash petition filed by TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu in the skill development case. In the petition, Chandrababu Naidu requested that the judicial remand order passed by the Vijayawada ACB special court should be quashed. The hearing of the petition filed last week was adjourned till today. The hearing will be held on Tuesday afternoon.
Supreme Court lawyer Siddhartha Luthra argued that Chandrababu Naidu was arrested illegally in the hearing held last week. The High Court has given time to the state government to file a counter within 18 of this month. In view of the completion of that deadline, the High Court will take up the next hearing on Chandrababu’s Quash Petition today.
On the other hand, the bail and interim bail petition filed by Chandrababu Naidu will be heard in the ACB court. Arguments are also likely to take place on the custody petition filed by the CID. Chandrababu’s quash petition and anticipatory bail petitions will be heard in the High Court.
Siddhartha Luthra will hear arguments on behalf of Chandrababu Babu. There is a lot of excitement about the outcome of the High Court.
