Article 370 is all about particular set of laws which were created only for Kashmir people including the citizenship rights and ownership of property.
Article 370 states that There is no power to the centre to declare an financial emergency in the state and They can only give a emergency during war time.
Article 370 comes under part XXI of the Constitution which comprises of laws that state about “Temporary, Transitional and Special provisions” gives Jammu and Kashmir special status
Maximum of the constitutional laws which are followed by Indians are not applicable to Jammu and Kashmir People and According to Supreme court Jammu and Kashmir does not come under Jurisdiction of Supreme court.
This clauses are proposed by Sheik Abdullah , then the Prime Minister of J&K appointed by Jawaharlal Nehru. He wished that there should be an strong autonomy but the government has rejected his wish at that time.
