Ex MLA Shakeel Aamir’s son Sahil got relief. The Telangana High Court has directed the Panjagutta police not to arrest Sahil in the Pragathi Bhavan road accident case.  The High Court court  has instructed  Ex Mla Shakeel’s son Sahil to surrender before the police on 17th of this month. And also has ordered the police to submit the case diary related to the car accident incident. The case has been adjourned to 24th of this month for further hearing. Sahil’s lawyer filed a petition in the High Court seeking removal of Sahil’s name in the Praja Bhavan road accident case. 

It was brought to the attention of the court that the Panjagutta Police had issued look out notices for careless driving. During the trial, the High Court questioned why Sahil fled to Dubai if he had done nothing wrong. Responding to this question, his lawyer explained to the court that he went to Dubai because he was afraid of being arrested by the police.

The lawyer told the bench that the name of his client Sahil was included in the FIR by conspiracy. With the information given by the constable who was an eyewitness, it was revealed that Asif was included as an accused. He told the court that Asif scared him and told him the name of Sahil and showed that there were 15 cases against him.
