Indian 2 First Look Poster Kamal Haasan with twisted finger23 years after the blockbuster success of Indian/ Hindustani Kamal Haasan is making his come back once again as vigilante Senapathy.  The makers have released the first look poster of Indian 2, which is grabbing the attention of many. The first look poster of Indian 2 features blurred image of Kamal Hassan with twisted finger.

Shankar who is enjoying the success of his previous directorial venture 2.0 starring Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and 2.0, has released the first look poster of Kamal Haasan starrer Indian 2 on his Twitter and captioned it,” #indian2 Hi everyone! “ Happy Pongal”

The shoot of Indian 2 will be started from 18th January.  Indian 2 has been in news for a while now as Kamal Haasan has already announced it to be his last film post which his focus will completely be shifted to  the politics.

Just like Indian, the upcoming movie Indian 2 will be directed by Shankar, who is riding high after the mega blockbuster success of 2.0. But, unlike Indian, the music of the film is not composed by AR Rahman, instead, it’ll be composed by Kollywood sensational music composer Anirudh Ravichander.

Indian, which was released in 1996, was  a huge hit in Hindi speaking belts. The movie was released in Hindi as Hindustani and the songs like Latka Diya Humne, Telephone Dhun Mein etc were huge chartbusters. Apart from Kamal Haasan in a dual role, Indian featured Manisha Koirala and Urmila Matondkar as the two female leads. In Indian 2,  the makers have brought Kajal Aggarwal on the board to play the female lead.

Other crew members of Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal starrer Indian 2 include production designer Muthuraj, dialogues writers Jayamohan, Kabilan Vairamuthu and Lakshmi Sarvanakumar, action directors Jack Gill, Tadd Griffith and Peter Hein, editor Sreekar Prasad, choreographer Bosco and special make up by Legacy Effects, lyricist Thamrai Vivek.
