In the inner ring road case registered against TDP leader and former CM Chandrababu Naidu, a hearing will be held in the high court today (Tuesday). It is known that earlier the High Court had given an interim order not to arrest Chandrababu till today in this case.
In the last hearing, the High Court stayed the PT Warent pending trial in the ACB Court till Tuesday. However, in the case of the inner ring, former CM Chandrababu Naidu’s lawyers told the court in the last hearing that he will cooperate in every way with the investigation.
Meanwhile, the CID has filed a petition in the Vijayawada ACB Court to allow the attachment of the properties of the accused in the Fibernet case. On Monday, the CID petitioned for permission to attach all the seven immovable properties in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
On the otherside, few days ago, Jana Sena Party (JSP) supremo Pawan Kalyan met N Chandrababu Naidu after he was released on bail from the Rajamahendravaram Central Prison earlier this week. Kalyan met Naidu to discuss plans for the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha polls in AP.
