Elon Musk is making huge changes in Twitter. Restrictions have also been imposed on viewing recent tweets. That means users with Blue Tick can see only 6000 tweets per day, and those without Blue Tick only 600 tweets per day and newly opened Twitter accounts, people without Blue Tick can only see 300 tweets. Many are expressing their displeasure over this decision. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is planning to turn this in their favor. He is planning to bring another micro blogging app to compete with Twitter. Introducing an app called Instagram Threads. This app is expected to give a tough competition to Twitter. But this app – Instagram Threads will be launched on July 6.
Threads app will have Twitter-like features. Users can also like, comment and share on the post they like. People can follow accounts of their choice on the Instagram Threads app. It seems that there is no need to open a separate account in the Threads app, and the Threads app can also be used with the Instagram account itself. But an official announcement about these features and other details is yet to come.
Currently, the Threads app by Instagram is not downloadable for the users on Android or iOS. However, it is expected to be released on 6th July.
