The series of resignations continues in Andhra Pradesh  BJP. Senior AP BJP leaders are resigning from the party posts in a row due to the sudden change of presidents of six districts. Nadendla Mohan has resigned from post of Chief Secretary of Krishna District. Krishna, who belongs to BC caste, objected to the sudden removal of district president. Senior leaders Chigurupati Kumaraswamy and Tummala Anjaneyu have already resigned from party posts.

The senior leader Kanna Lakshminarayana  organized many programs for two years. Many senior leaders joined the BJP under K Kanna Lakshminarayana  . It can be said  that Kanna has succeeded in bringing new policies to BJP in AP. But now administration handed over the responsibility to Somu Veerraju. Since then, the leaders of th party have been criticizing that the AP BJP has been weakened.

Many senior leaders are openly criticizing Somu Veerraju and  saying that BJP is being transformed into Somu Veerraju BJP.  Recently four leaders of Krishna district resigned  Srikakulam. Many leaders including Reddinarayana from the district resigned. Even in Narasa Raopet district, BJP leaders are furious over Somu Veerraju’s decisions.

Former President Kanna Lakshminarayana also responded to this developments taking place in BJP. He questioned how BJP district presidents were changed without any discussion or at least mention in the core committee. There are chances of replacing Somu Veerraju from the responsibility of the party president.
