It’s a known fact that there is a pure political war between the YS Jagan and Chandra Babu Naidu at which they are taking over each other, when in power. However, few political critics are airing their mind that YS Jagan is following the footsteps of the then Tamil Nadu state chief minister, Jayalalitha in satisfying his political grudge over Naidu. Confused? Let me clear you, during the years of 1995-96, the then TN Chief Minister Karunanidhi had ordered a raid on AIADMK chief house in which a huge amount of gold and diamond jewelry was said to be found, due to which Jailalitha was convicted and sent to prison for six months. In reciprocate to Karunanidhi’s deed, when Jailalitha came to power, the former was sent to jail for siphoning off funds in the construction of flyovers and other projects.
In the same manner, when YS Jagan turned as the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh state, the government sent a demolition notice to N Chandrababu Naidu over the alleged illegal riverfront residence built nearby Amravati, which is the capital of Andhra Pradesh citing the structure was built violating environmental terms.
Later, another building which is considered as the Telugu Desam Party owned was built aside of the riverfront residence and it received severe flak from nearby. YSRCP government put the Naidu and his son Lokesh under house arrest when they tried for a rally against YCP’s attacks over the TDP’s people. All these seem to be political vendetta between Jagan and Babu with a clear view of Jagan following footprints of Jailalitha, says few political critics.
