The sources say that IT Department has issued fresh notices on August 4th, Hyderabad Central Circle, which has rejected Chandrababu Naidu’s previous explanations. It seems that the IT department was not satisfied with the explanation given by Chandrababu on the steps taken by the IT department in the past. Chandrababu’s income verifications are being fully scrutinized.

It is mentioned in the notices issued under Section 153C that Chandrababu has entered into the proceedings of the Central Circle which examined the income affairs. In the preliminary investigation, the IT department suspects that former CM Chandrababu Babu received income through the allocation of sub-contracts.

Section 153C allows the IT department to conduct extensive searches. If primary evidence is found to confirm the involvement of these organizations, the IT department is likely to take action against them.
