AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy released the fifth installment of YSR Kalyanamasthu and YSR Shadi Tohfa funds into the accounts of beneficiaries by pressing a button. Speaking on this occasion, CM Jagan said that the poor families should not be burdened with debt and in addition, YSR Kalyanamastu and YSR Shaadi Tohfa are providing assistance in order to encourage the education of their children. He said that this program will be implemented for 10,132 eligible couples and children in the state.
Jagan said that during the previous government Chandrababu’s tenure, it was not given on the basis of name ke vaste. Jagan said that we are giving the 5th installment for October, November and December quarter and we are giving around Rs.78 crores. CM Jagan said that Rs 427 crores have been deposited for 56,194 couples so far.
Officials said the Jagan government is providing financial assistance to the poor parents to perform their children’s marriage with dignity.
YSRC govt is implementing YSR Kalyanamasthu and YSR Shaadi Tohfa on a condition that both bride – groom must pass the 10th class.
