Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has put an end to speculations of early elections and cabinet expansion. It was concluded that they were all speculations. The CM held a meeting with MLAs, regional coordinators and in-charges of constituencies in Tadepalli. The Chief Minister suggested that the MLAs, coordinators and regional in-charges who participated in the meeting should take the program forward vigorously. They want to intensify the campaign on social media. He said that every beneficiary should be made a campaigner and the families whose income is less than Rs 10 thousand per month in rural areas and families whose income is less than Rs 12 thousand per month in urban areas have been identified as eligible and given schemes.

Adviser to government on public affairs, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, has said Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would not call early polls. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy  said, “Elections will be held in Andhra Pradesh- AP as per the schedule in 2024.”

Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said the Chief Minister would complete the term of five years, fulfilling all his promises and then go to poll seeking a fresh mandate on the basis of his development and welfare initiatives.

He said,  “Chandrababu  Naidu is talking about early elections in the hope of keeping the remaining activists with TDP. Along with him, other TDP leaders and its pro-media are also singing the same tune.”
