In the wake of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu’ arrest, Jana sena leaders met with his daughter-in-law Nara Brahmani. Joint East Godavari district Jana sena leaders met with Nara Brahmani and expressed solidarity. They discussed the latest political situation in the state with her. Jana sena leader Kandula Durgesh and former minister Chinarajappa participated in this meeting. Both parties have decided to hold joint protest programs to protest the arrest of Chandrababu.
Protests are continuing in many areas including Telugu states against Chandrababu Naidu’ arrest in the skill development case. IT employees have decided to take out a car rally from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry in solidarity with Chandrababu who is in Rajahmundry Central Jail. But the police imposed restrictions on this rally. Heavy police were deployed at the Garikapadu border of AP from Saturday night and vehicle checks were intensified. Vehicles are allowed to enter AP only after inspection. The TDP expressed its anger at the behavior of the police. TDP tweeted saying that the IT employees who called Chalo Rajamandri in support of Chandrababu are not eligible to step into AP.
CID will investigate TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu in the skill development case on the second day. The CID officials have made all arrangements for questioning as on the first day. A team of CID officials who reached the Rajahmundry Central Jail conducted a medical examination of Chandrababu Babu before the trial as per the orders of the court. CID officials are interrogating Chandrababu in the conference hall of the jail. The CID officers are investigating in the presence of two lawyers on behalf of Chandrababu. Chandrababu CID custody ends today.
