Janasena Party PAC Chairman Nadendla Manohar alleged that there were huge irregularities in the allotment of land to the Indosol company in Nellore district and that the chief minister’s hand was behind the violation of laws and regulations to benefit the company.
Nadendla Manohar said that if it is a step to tie up thousands of acres of land for a company that was born only 1 year 9 months 12 days ago, it is disturbing that the government has amended the laws and provided incentives worth thousands of crores of rupees to it.
As part of the ‘YCP Regime – Corruption Jamana’ program, the land acquisition by the Department of Industries and Investments near Ramayapatnam in Nellore District was revealed as part of the process of uncovering the thread of corruption day by day.
“Indosol Company has been registered as a conventional, renewable power company by its parent company Shirdisai Electricals. Everyone knows the relationship of the Chief Minister with this organization. He said that Shirdi Sai Company has set up a special purpose vehicle and set up Indosol Pertho Company, but the full activities of this company have not yet started.
Before this, Indosol allotted 5,148 acres of land near Ramayapatnam port in Nellore district and made a lease agreement. Through this, Indosol has changed from lessees to land owners and the state government will be the facilitator by allowing them to acquire another 3200 acres of land.
He alleged that if the government officials talk to the farmers and give land to Indosol, then they will steal the land from the farmers. In total, 8,348 acres were donated to Indosol Company near Ramayapatnam.
