Kalki copies KGF scenes ?:
After PSV Garuda Vega, Dr Rajasekhar made his comeback with Kalki, directed by Prasanth Varma and the movie was released last Friday and received mixed response by the movie lovers and critics on its opening days. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, the makers of Kalki copied few scenes from Kannada star Yash starrer KGF: Chapter 1. Prasanth Varma, the director of Kalki also admitted that few scenes in Kalki have been inspired from KGF : Chapter 1.
Recently during the media interaction, Prasanth Varma said, “I want to learn from other movies. So I watched Yash starrer KGF: Chapter 1. The elevation scenes in Yash starrer are top notch. I inspired some scenes in Kalki from KGF.”
Prasanth Varma also added that initially he planned to penned a story of Kalki but as the script took good shape, he met Dr Rajasekhar and Jeevitha. After the meeting, he decided to direct the movie.
Kalki is set in the 80s in Kollapur, a village that holds a mirror to the feudal autocracy and oppressive monarchy. Dr Rajasekhar has played lead role. The movie is jointly produced by C Kalyan, Shivani Rajasekhar and Shivathmika Rajasekhar, along with Happy Movies banner.
