Karnataka government formation: KPCC president DK Shivakumar leaves for Delhi

Unceasing excitement continues over the selection of Karnataka CM. Senior leaders DK Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah are contesting for the post of CM. KPCC president DK Shivakumar left for Delhi on Tuesday to discuss this matter. However, before the journey, he made several key comments to the media. He said that he has carried out his responsibility and fulfilled his promises.

“I don’t want to create division between anyone. Our strength is 135 members. Whether they like me or not, I am responsible. He said, “I will not fall for backbiting and blackmail”. Siddaramaiah, another key leader trying for the CM’s seat, reached Delhi on Monday. With this, there is great excitement about what will happen next. However, some observers believe that it will be clear on Tuesday who will be the CM of Karnataka.

DK Shivakumar was scheduled to leave for the national capital on Monday evening but he  cancelled the travel plans citing ill-health.
