BRS president and former Telangana CM KCR has been discharged from Yashoda Hospital. KCR, who was injured after his leg slipped a week ago, was discharged after surgery.

KCR was injured when his foot slipped in the farmhouse in the late night of 8th December. He  was rushed to Somajiguda Yashoda Hospital. A hip replacement surgery was performed due to fracture of the hip bone of the left leg.

KCR, who was undergoing treatment at Yashoda Hospital for the past week, was discharged after 11 am on Friday. KCR went to his residence in Nandi Nagar. Doctors said it will take six to eight weeks to fully recover.

KCR left Pragathi Bhawan in Begumpet for his farm house after defeat in Telangana assembly elections. There he met the leaders of BRS. KCR also met the villagers from Chintamadaka village. He slipped and fell while going to the bathroom late at night on the 8th.

He has been under the supervision of doctors for a week as the hip replacement surgery was successful. Kavitha, KTR, Harish Rao, MP Santosh and others were with KCR at the time of discharge.

After treatment in the hospital, many people including CM Revanth Reddy visited KCR. Many political leaders including TDP president Chandrababu Naidu, Nagarjuna and Chiranjeevi visited KCR.
