Minister KTR has sent legal notices to Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who is in jail as an accused in several cases. Sukesh stated that he has the data of the Rs 2 thousand crore transactions between KTR, Kavitha and himself as well as call recordings, chatting and other allegations. Accused in more than thirty high profile cases like forgery, extortion and money laundering, Sukesh Chandrasekhar is currently in New Delhi’s Mandoli Jail.

BRS Working President, IT Minister KTR who responded strongly to the accusations made by Sukesh Chandrasekhar, the accused in many cases, sent a legal notice to Chandrasekhar through his lawyer demanding an unconditional apology. Chandrasekhar, accused in forgery, extortion and money laundering cases, is currently in Delhi’s Mandoli jail on charges of extorting more than Rs 200 crores from the wife of the former founder of Fortis. However, it is reported that he has sent a complaint to the Union Home Minister, Telangana Governor and CBI Director making serious allegations against Minister KTR and MLC Kavitha.

 Sukesh wrote letters to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan and the CBI Director, alleged  that the close associates of KTR and Kavitha offered him Rs 100 crore, land in Shamshabad and a ticket in the upcoming Assembly elections to retract the statements and evidence like WhatsApp chat copies or screenshots and recordings he gave to ED against them and AAP leaders in connection with  Delhi liquor scam.

 KTR tweeted: Just learnt from media that a delusional fraudster and a noted criminal called Sukesh has made some ludicrous allegations about me I have never heard of this rogue and intend to pursue strong legal action against him for his nonsensical utterances Request media also to be circumspect when publishing such wild comments from fibsters.
