Minister KTR inaugurated the 2.6 km long Narsimha Reddy Flyover constructed of steel to ease the traffic woes of motorists between Indira Park and VST. Speaking on the occasion, KTR said that this is the 20th flyover built after the formation of the state. Excellent road transport facilities are being developed under the SRDP programme. He said that so far 36 works have been completed at an excellent international level.
“The previous governments did not pay much attention to the central city of Hyderabad, but after the coming of Telangana, under the leadership of Chief Minister KCR, we are making the central Hyderabad city wonderful with many programs like the new secretariat, Martyrs’ Stupa, Babasaheb Ambedkar’s statue, and now this steel bridge. In addition to this, we will develop the Indira Park. With the construction of this bridge, Indira Park “There will be a permanent solution to the decades-long traffic problem from Vidyanagar. We are naming this steel bridge after the CM’s orders keeping in mind the association of Keerthyseshulu Naini Narasimha Reddy, who has excellent relations with this area, and his services to the people, to the workers here. His name will remain forever,” said KTR.
KTR said that his government will make an effort to develop Tank Bund area as an excellent tourist spot with international standards. He added, “We are looking at all the people regardless of castes, religions and communities with equal attention and providing the fruits of development and welfare to all.
