Liger Collections: Liger starring the young sensation Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday written and directed by Puri Jagannadh. Shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu languages, the film is produced by Dharma Productions and Puri Connects. Currently the lead actors and the team of Liger are busy in the promotional activities. The reports are coming that Rs 57 lakh has already been collected as advance bookings from the city of Hyderabad alone. Liger is coming on 25th August, 2022. The occupancy as of now is 41 per cent. It seems 25 shows of Liger are already housefull.
The filmmaker Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda predicted that Liger will make a minimum of Rs 200 crs in the first few days. Given the track record of the creative and talented film maker Puri Jagannadh, it is not impossible.
On the otherside, Vijay Deverakonda has also reacted to #boycottliger trends on Twitter. Vijay Deverakonda shared a cryptic tweet in Telugu that read, “When we are doing as per dharma no need to care about others, We’ll fight back.” Vijay and Ananya have been promoting Liger with a steaming pace. They have been travelling across India and putting the word out before the film hits the big screens.
