Mangalagiri MLA’s resignation in Andhra Pradesh is causing a stir. Guntur District Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy has resigned from his post and the party.  The reports are coming that this seat will be allotted to someone else in the next election. For some time now, he has been unhappy as his priority in YSRCP is decreasing. As a result, he submitted his resignation on Monday morning. It is reported that a press meet will be held in the evening. 

Ramakrishna Reddy submitted his resignation to Andhra Pradesh assembly speaker. He has quit YCP as well. Ramakrishna has left the party.

Ramakrishna Reddy has also served as the Chairman of AP Capital Region Development Authority  from June 2019 until its reorganization to form Amaravati Metropolitan Region Development Authority on 1 August 2020.

Ramakrishna Reddy defeated Nara Lokesh from the Mangalagiri assembly constituency in the 2019 election.
