People are celebrating Bhogi in Telugu states. Especially in Andhra Pradesh, people are celebrating with bonfires in every village and town. Politicians and dignitaries from various fields lit bonfires early in the morning and participated in the celebrations. Sankranthi celebrations were organized under the leadership of Minister Ambati Rambabu at Gandhi Bommala Center, Palnadu District, Sattenapally. A bonfire was lit and danced around it. Local councilors and many leaders participated in these celebrations. On this occasion, Minister Ambati took steps to a special song. It is known that the dance performed by the minister last year went viral on social media.

On the other side, Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan participated in the bonfire program at Mandham village in Amaravati. Chandrababu attended the event as per tradition. Both leaders lit bonfires. The orders of many decisions taken by the YCP government and the anti-Amaravati copies were burnt.
Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan expressed confidence that TDP- Jana Sena will form a stable government together. When the government comes to power, it will make Amaravati a golden capital.
