Minister Harish Rao suggested that Andhra Pradesh workers settled in Telangana should cancel their right to vote in their own state. Harish Rao said that workers will hear some good news from KCR on May Day. The minister performed Bhumi Puja for the construction of a welfare building for Bhavan construction workers in Sangareddy. Everyone knows the condition of roads and washrooms in Andhra Pradesh. He said that there is a difference between AP and Telangana in terms of development like the sky and the earth.

Minister Harish Rao  said: Ask the people there about the condition of roads and hospitals in Andhra Pradesh.  Look at the difference between there and here.  Harish Rao’s comments gained importance in the context of the spate of words between the ministers of the two states over the steel plant bidding.

 He added: Along with AP, many people from other states came and settled in Telangana. Besides, the workers who came and settled in Telangana know very well how the administration is in Andhra Pradesh. 

Andhra workers in Telangana are advised to cancel their right to vote in AP and register as voters here. Harish Rao said that for Telangana, every worker who participates in the development of Telangana is an integral part of the state. Harish Rao alleged that the Center withheld Rs 30,000 crore due to non-installation of meters near the motors in Telangana. It is alleged that Rs 30 thousand cr were collected by installing meters near motors in AP. He said that this is the difference between AP and Telangana.
