
Kodali Nani, MLA of Gudivada took on a unique role as he drove an RTC bus during a recent event . He was present at the inauguration of five new RTC hired buses and the MLA decided to take the wheel himself. YSRCP MLA drove the bus for approximately 10 km, starting from the Gudivada bus stand and maneuvering through traffic with finesse. This was captured on video, which has since gone viral on the social media. The netizens have been commenting on this video footage footage, with some referring to Kodali Nani as “driver Nani”.
He was spotted driving the village light bus on the main roads of Gudivada town. A video of this is doing the rounds on social media. These new services will run from Gudiwada to Bantumilli and Kaikaluru. The buses are sanctioned under SM E Standard of India scheme.
On this occasion, YSRCP MLA Kodali Nani said that Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy is working hard for the welfare of Dalit communities. The Dalit brothers said they were not happy to start the buses being arranged under the SM E Standard of India scheme.
CM Jagan said that due to allocating this scheme for the Dalits, many people are getting employment. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is the only CM who has provided many welfare schemes for Dalits in Andhar Pradesh. It is known that Central and State Governments are giving 80 % subsidy to Dalits under SM E Standard of India scheme.
