BRS MLC K Kavitha criticized the Congress govt for using the money of people for their party’s campaign. MLC Kavitha attended a media conference which was organized at Telangana Bhavan on Saturday. It was alleged that the meeting organized by the government in Indravelli was turned into a Congress party programme. Has the cost of this meeting been paid from the government treasury? Or Congress party money? Kavitha challenged Telangana CM Revanth Reddy to reveal it to the public. Did the Congress party pay for the platform, chairs and other things used for this meeting? Kavitha asked.
CM Revanth Reddy went to Indravelli on a special flight and she asked who paid for it. Kavitha questioned Revanth Reddy, is going to waste people’s money in the name of advertisements. She reminded me that CM Revanth Reddy travels to Delhi two days a week and uses a private plane for this purpose. She questioned who was paying travel expenses?
Kavitha said Revanth Reddy never uttered Jai Telangana slogan. He did not pay tribute to the immortals even once. She demanded that the Congress party was responsible for hundreds of Telangana children sacrificing their lives for a separate state, and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy should apologize to the martyrs while taking responsibility for this.
